The three axes are the camshaft, wire feeding shaft, and rotating core shaft, with the option of adding a winding shaft (optional accessory). The three axes can operate synchronously. 3. The wire feeding system is horizontally installed at the back of the machine, equipped with two sets of wire feeding shafts. The wire feeding length is controlled by the computer, ensuring wear resistance and minimal noise. It operates synchronously with the camshaft and rotating core shaft. 4. The positions of the shafts, wire feeding length, production speed, and production quantity are displayed on the screen. Program data can be edited and modified online, making debugging very convenient. The machine is equipped with a precision detection and tracking device, which can automatically stop if unqualified products are detected. 5. The machine can produce various types of springs, such as tension springs, compression springs, conical springs, double torsion springs, and flat springs.
